TracWater UV254 COD Senser (LR/HR)

Model number:

TW-4766B(LR) & TW-5266C(HR)

Product description:

TW-4766B (LR) & TW-5266C (HR) UV254 COD Sensors adopts the principle of ultraviolet absorption, no reagent, no pollution, more economic and environmental protection. This online COD BOD analyser has an all-metal construction and a smaller size.

Overview

TracWater TW-4766B (LR) & TW-5266C (HR) UV254 self-cleaning COD sensors are based on the principle of ultraviolet (UV) absorption. It requires no reagents, ensures pollution-free operation, and offers a more economical and environmentally friendly solution. Drawing on extensive application experience, this chemical oxygen demand sensor incorporates numerous upgrades and innovations compared to its predecessor, featuring an all-metal structure and a more compact design. Equipped with an automatic cleaning device, it automatically compensates for turbidity interference and demonstrates excellent stability even during long-term online water quality monitoring.

Features

  • Requires no reagents, ensuring pollution-free operation and offering a more economical and environmentally friendly solution.

  • Capable of measuring multiple parameters, including COD, TOC, turbidity, and temperature.

  • Features automatic compensation for turbidity interference.

  • Equipped with a self-cleaning brush that effectively prevents microbial adhesion, significantly extending the maintenance cycle.

  • Includes calibration parameters to facilitate on-site and secondary calibration processes.

Applications

  • Source Water Monitoring: Ideal for monitoring the quality of water sources, ensuring they meet safety and quality standards.

  • Surface Water Monitoring: Effective for detecting organic pollutants in rivers, lakes, and other natural water bodies.

  • Municipal Wastewater: Useful in municipal wastewater treatment plants for continuous monitoring of organic pollutants to ensure compliance with environmental regulations.

  • Industrial Wastewater: Applicable in various industrial settings where monitoring of organic pollutants is necessary for process control and regulatory compliance.
