TracWater Online Optical Dissolved Oxygen Sensor
Overview
TracWater TW-4718A Online Optical Dissolved Oxygen sensor incorporates the latest generation of fluorescence lifetime technology. This advanced optical sensor technology provides precise dissolved oxygen (DO) monitoring without signal drift or flow limitations. The design eliminates the need for electrolyte solution, reducing maintenance requirements. Additionally, the sensor is equipped with a built-in temperature sensor that enables automatic temperature compensation to ensure measurement accuracy under varying conditions. The DO sensor outputs a MODBUS/RS-485 digital signal for easy integration.
Features
Digital sensor with RS-485 output and MODBUS protocol support.
Utilises optical sensor technology for precise dissolved oxygen (DO) monitoring, ensuring no signal drift and eliminating flow limitations.
Features excellent anti-interference capabilities, significantly reducing maintenance costs as no electrolyte replacement is required.
All calibration data is stored directly in the sensor, enabling on-site installation and immediate use.
Applications
Environmental Monitoring: Monitor water quality in natural sources like rivers, lakes, oceans, and reservoirs for environmental assessment and conservation.
Aquaculture Industry: Manage dissolved oxygen levels in aquaculture systems to ensure optimal conditions for aquatic organisms.
Wastewater Management: Used in wastewater treatment plants to monitor and regulate oxygen levels in the water, aiding in effective wastewater treatment to meet environmental standards.
Scientific Research: In laboratory settings, dissolved oxygen sensors are crucial for research in biology, chemistry, and environmental science, enabling scientists to study and analyse oxygen levels in various environments.
