TracWater Low-range Turbidity Analyser

Model number:

TW-4736A

Product description:

TracWater TW-4736A Low Range Turbidity Analyser uses the standard 90° scattered light detection principle. Self-developed and tested structure, and real-time compensation algorithm to achieve high precision turbidity measurement. The sensor is equipped with a self-clean brush to meet the needs of long-term stable online monitoring.

Overview

TracWater TW-4736A low-range turbidity analyser is specifically designed for the continuous online monitoring of drinking water quality. This analyser features an ultra-low turbidity detection threshold, high-precision measurement capabilities, and minimal maintenance requirements over its operational lifespan. Its applications span a variety of low turbidity monitoring scenarios, including but not limited to water inflow and outflow at water treatment plants, secondary water supply systems, terminal pipe network water, direct drinking water, membrane filtration processes, swimming pools, and water sources.

Features

  • Utilises the principle of the 90° scattering method.

  • Features a self-developed optical path and detection structure combined with a real-time compensation algorithm to achieve high-precision measurements.

  • Equipped with a cleaning brush to fulfill long-term stable online monitoring requirements.

  • Incorporates a self-developed defoaming and measuring unit that effectively eliminates water bubbles, ensuring a stable water inlet.

  • Includes built-in calibration parameters, with precise calibration performed prior to delivery, enabling direct installation and use upon receipt.

Applications

  • Water Plant Inlet and Outlet: Monitoring the turbidity at the entry and exit points of water treatment plants to ensure water quality meets safety standards.

  • Secondary Water Supply: Ensuring the quality of water supplied through secondary distribution systems.

  • Pipe Network End Water: Monitoring the water quality at the endpoints of a distribution network to detect any turbidity changes.

  • Direct Drinking Water: Suitable for environments where water is consumed directly, ensuring it is safe and clear.

  • Membrane Filtered Water: Used in systems where water is filtered through membranes, providing an additional layer of quality assurance.

  • Swimming Pools: Ensuring the clarity and safety of pool water.

  • Surface Water: Monitoring natural water bodies to detect pollution and maintain ecological balance.
